Our editorial method: discovery, sources, drafting with AI assistance, human review, and what we refuse to publish.
Why this site exists
BuzzDecoded publishes short explainers when a topic is genuinely rising — not to fill a page quota, but to explain the mechanism behind the noise (pricing, rules, tech, privacy, science).
Who publishes
Articles are published under the responsibility of Nicolas Coutant, publisher of buzzdecoded. The byline on each article links to his publisher page.
The process
- Signal — we check that interest is actually rising (news, discussion, institutional sources), not just a catchy headline.
- Sources — a pack of checkable excerpts and links (agencies, studies, official pages, reporting). Without enough evidence, nothing ships.
- Assisted draft — a first draft is prepared with AI assistance from that pack, in explainer form (mechanism, limits, no empty sensationalism).
- Checks — passes on evidence, useful length, bilingual coherence, and angle duplicates — then editorial review.
- Human approval — nothing goes live without human approval. The publisher can reject a topic that is already covered, too thin, or poorly sourced.

What we refuse
- Purely sensational topics with no explanatory substance
- Unsourced rumors presented as fact
- Text generated only to fill pages or repeat an angle already published
- Shopping listicles / deal roundups without a durable mechanism to decode
